A single vineyard between the Municipality of Francavilla Bisio and Tassarolo north of the denomination.
The soil is predominantly clayey "Terre Rosse" and medium deep. Matter, Wisdom, Time are the main ingredients of this wine. Maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation, absence of clarification and filtration.
